HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MATERIAL HANDLER IN MOORHEAD, MN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Material Handler to join our client in Morehead, MN. This individual will be responsible for supporting the smooth flow of warehouse operations while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management, with a strong ability to load, transfer, and organize products efficiently. Pay, Schedule, and Location

Starting at $21.50/hour, paid weekly

Monday - Saturday, 7am to 5pm (occasionally end at 4:30pm)

Located in Moorhead, MN

Duties and Responsibilities

Efficiently load shrink-wrapped egg cartons onto dry vans using proper lifting techniques (up to 30 lbs)

Maintain a clean and organized work environment; dispose of waste materials as needed

Operate forklifts up to 40% of the shift to move materials and support warehouse flow (certification or training provided)

Transfer inventory throughout the facility and onto trailers using forklifts and manual methods

Sort and restock pallets to maintain efficient inventory control

Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

Use handheld electronic devices to receive and track incoming inventory

Perform regular and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Dependable and self-motivated with an understanding of warehouse safety practices

Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching with items up to 40 lbs

Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (preferred but not required)

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Prior experience using RF scanners or other electronic inventory systems is a plus
