Service Director

Job Description

As a Service Director you will be responsible for managing the entire service division. The Service Director will be responsible for day to day operations regarding repairs, renovations and construction. All service technicians and foreman will report to the Service Director daily.

Responsibilities

Reporting punctually to work each day.

Scheduling projects and delegating to the members of the service/construction division.

Monitoring daily job progress and training service team members to strengthen their performance.

Communicate with customers and manage their expectations throughout the job.

Ordering parts and materials needed for jobs.

Attend weekly meetings to update upper management on process.

Qualifications

The right candidate for this job will possess the following.

Valid Drivers License with a good driving record

Ability to lift a minimum of 100lbs when needed.

Must be highly organized in a fast paced environment.

Must have basic computer skills including but not limited to: google, word, excel, drive, calendar, etc.

Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.

MINIMUM OF 7 YEARS OF POOL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NON-NEGOTIABLE.
