Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
Full-Time Hybrid (Field + Office)
$70-80K/YR + commissions
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with local animal shelters, rescues, and humane societies.
Oversee a geographically segmented territory of 80–100 accounts within DFW.
Travel to on-site partner locations 4 days a week, with 1 in-office day for team collaboration.
Promote product offerings and assist partners with the ordering process.
Represent the brand at marketing events, fundraising initiatives, and community activities.
Work cross-functionally with leadership to develop and implement outreach strategies.
Support fundraising and awareness campaigns that elevate the brand’s mission.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you’re a natural connector.
Self-motivated and growth-oriented – a “go-getter” mindset is essential.
Passionate about animal welfare and excited to contribute to a greater cause.
Comfortable with territory travel; mileage reimbursement provided.
Experience in animal shelter work, nonprofit fundraising, or community outreach is a plus!
