Overview: What You’ll Do
Prep Duties
Utilize a Robocoup for preparing sauces and processing ingredients.
Demonstrate proficient knife skills for chopping, peeling, and cutting.
Skewer meat for kabobs and perform basic meat fabrication.
Prepare day-to-day necessities, including sauces, marinades, and other elements as required.
Prep ResponsibilitiesWash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables, meats, and other food items.
Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
Label, stock, and rotate all ingredients on shelves to ensure organization and easy accessibility.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, including countertops, cutting boards, and equipment.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients and reporting shortages or excesses.
Support other staff during peak times and assist with additional projects as needed.
Execute opening, closing, and cleaning protocols as directed by Standard Operating Procedures and management.
