Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Graphic Designer for our client in Camden, NJ!

5-6 Month Assignment

$The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with the ability to adhere to company guidelines while creating clean, modern designs supporting an array of internal and external corporate communications programs. The candidate must have a strong understanding of design for various mediums, as well as composition, typography, iconography, color, and photography. Our expectation is that the candidate consistently delivers high-quality work and demonstrates an exceptional level of attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative designer who is eager to be part of a team, passionate about design, and a strong communicator.

Work Environment

• Preferred: Hybrid (Tues–Thurs onsite in Camden, NJ) – Please focus on local candidates

• Acceptable: Fully remote for the right candidate

• Availability Requirement: Must be available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST

Key Skills & Expectations

• Corporate Identity: Must understand and strictly adhere to corporate brand standards

• Internal Corporate Experience: Considered a strong plus

• Print Expertise:

o Strong foundation in traditional print design

o Knowledge of PMS colors, award show programs, posters, table tents, etc.

• Digital Skills:

o Experience with digital signage (e.g., TV screens)

o Social media graphics

o PowerPoint presentations

• Tools:

o Adobe Creative Suite (expert level)

o Canva

o Motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects)

• Annual reports

• Digital signage

• Social media assets

• Posters, billboards, table tents

• Award show programs and other print collateral

Creates visually compelling graphics for events, social media, signs for TV monitors and printed materials.

Supports the design team on designs for corporate communications and departments like Human Relations (HR) and Investor Relations (IR) and on initiatives like culture communications and Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) programs.

Works with design team and executives on PowerPoint presentations.

Ensure multiple projects are completed on time and with high quality results.

Help problem-solve, offering creative solutions to communications problems.
