Your Key Responsibilities
As a member of Schaeffler Smart Maintenance Tools Sales team, you will:
Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for an assigned market segment.
Contribute to the budget planning process and plan own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market segment.
Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications and variances.
Analyze market trends and report on technologies, customers, and competitors.
Develop and maintain customer relationships and establish acquisition and negotiation boundaries with VLS.
Align with cross-functional teams and contribute to budget planning.
Prepare, conduct, and close negotiations on product, quantities, and pricing.
Monitor and report sales performance metrics for improvement.

Within the division Lifetime Solutions, Schaeffler offers a portfolio to minimize machine downtime and maximize safety on the shop floor. We supply tools worldwide for safe, durable and fast work during assembly and disassembly of bearings and drive components. Our BETEX® brand includes a range of maintenance tools designed for the safe and cost-effective assembly and disassembly of bearings and drive components. Valued by manufacturing and maintenance departments in MRO and OEM companies, our tools ensure smooth operations in a variety of industries. We are very proud of our product line: BETEX® induction heaters, which we develop and manufacture. Based on our extensive experience and deep understanding of the market, we are constantly refining our offering.
Your Qualifications
MBO-4 or higher, preferably in the field of mechanics or electronics
5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar technical trading environment
Knowledge of relevant sales methods and techniques, pricing structure etc.
Knowledge of Exact and/or SAP and Salesforce is preferrable
Knowledge and understanding of the English language in both written and verbal
Knowledge and understanding of the Dutch language in both written and verbal
Knowledge and understanding of the German language in both written and verbal is preferred
Willingness to travel in Benelux region for business purposes
Communicative, independent, teamplayer, open to work in multicultural environment, result oriented, actively seeking new opportunities and challenges
