Job Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain offset printing presses to produce printed materials that meet quality standards

Interpret job orders and verify specifications, ink types, and paper stock

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on the press

Inspect printed sheets for quality, consistency, and accuracy

Monitor press operations to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience operating offset presses (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, Ryobi, etc.)

Strong understanding of color management, registration, and press mechanics

Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications

Keen eye for detail and quality control

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed
