Salary: $21 to $27 DOE

DeWitts Radiator is seeking a highly motivated and experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. Job responsibilities, skills and qualifications include, but are not limited to those outlined below:

Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to TIG weld aluminum

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures and angle gauges

Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators

Follow, create and help maintain Welding Procedure Specifications

Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities

Follow all company rules and policies

Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task

Follow all safety rules and quality standards

Ability to identify and measure material

Ability to produce quality products consistently

Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form

Must be reliable with a strong work ethic

Minimum Requirements

Recognize and acknowledge the high moral quality and goodwill of the Company

High school diploma or equivalent, technical school, or six months+ related experience

Strong trouble shooting skills to find root cause of issues and think logically about solutions; mechanical skills to read blueprints and to use a variety of tools and equipment. Welders must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail.

Must successfully pass our extensive welding test.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
