Financial Controller – Build the Backbone of a Scalable, Tech-Forward Finance Org

What You'll Own:

Lead monthly closes and shift regional ops from cash to accrual

Implement GAAP, drive ERP/CRM integrations, and build clean, audit-ready books

Support M&A integrations, EBITDA normalization, and financial reporting

Partner with senior leadership on performance insights and strategy

Manage and grow a high-performing regional accounting team

Improve systems, controls, and reporting processes from the ground up

What You Bring:

5+ years in accounting (3+ in private company ops)

CPA or on track (preferred)

Strong GAAP and multi-entity chops—M&A/PE-backed experience is a win

Pro with Excel, Sage Intacct (or similar), CRM integrations

Bonus: experience with POC accounting or inventory

Strategic thinker who's not afraid to get hands dirty
