We are now seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and shape our HR function. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate HR professional to own the full scope of HR operations, influence company culture, and scale the department alongside our company's growth.Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Accurately calculate and deliver bi-weekly payroll for all employees across Utah and California.
Maintain up-to-date records of compensation, time-off, and benefits.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Lead the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Develop structured onboarding experiences that reinforce company values and prepare employees for long-term success.
Employee Relations and Performance
Handle disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and coaching in collaboration with managers.
Promote a healthy work environment by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices.
Compliance and Legal
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR policies in Utah and California
Stay current with evolving employment legislation and adjust internal policies accordingly.
Strategic HR Leadership
Lay the foundation for a scalable HR department that supports our growing workforce.
Introduce or refine systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.Qualifications
2+ years of HR experience, with exposure to a broad range of HR functions.
Prior experience within a larger HR team, ideally ready to step into a leadership role in a smaller, high-impact environment.
Working knowledge of California and Utah employment law strongly preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
