We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple security domains (IL5 to IL6+). In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping cloud strategies, ensuring security and compliance, and optimizing performance for mission-critical systems.
What You'll Do * Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple classification levels (IL5 to IL6+). * Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures using modern technologies like microservices, serverless computing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Ensure cloud security best practices and compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud solutions with business and technical requirements.
* Utilize Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and scripting.
* Communicate complex cloud architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure challenges with innovative solutions.
What You Bring * 10+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, with a focus on AWS infrastructure at scale.
* Expertise in designing and managing cloud environments across multiple classification levels (IL5 to IL6+). * Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
* Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
* Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Current certifications meeting 8140/8570 standards (e.g., Security+ or higher). * Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly.
Bonus Points * Experience leading Agile development teams.
* Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect). * Familiarity with low-to-high development models and associated tooling.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
