Vitruvian Health (formerly known as Hamilton Health Care System) and Hamilton Physician Group (HPG) are recruiting a Developmental or Neurodevelopmental Behavioral Pediatrician for Anna Shaw Children's Institute.
The Anna Shaw Children's Institute at Hamilton Medical Center, Dalton GA is seeking a Developmental-Behavioral or Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician to join a comprehensive care team focused on providing direct, high quality coordinated care to address the range of developmental and behavioral health challenges, medical complexities and family therapy needs of children with developmental delays. Care will be provided in our newly constructed, 54,000 square foot, freestanding care institute, integrating children's services in one building.
Qualified candidates:
Board certified or eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics
Candidate should possess leadership skills emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration, partnership building, and advocacy for children and families
Demonstrated focus on family-centered care for a wide range of children with neurodevelopmental disorders
Possesses vision for the future of persons with disabilities in society
Ideal candidates will have an interest in teaching and the a bility to work as a team member
Commitment to quality, patient safety and overall excellence in evidence based clinical care
Proficiency in developmental-behavioral evaluations for pediatric developmental and learning disabilities, complex neurodevelopmental conditions, ADHD, genetic disorders and other special health care needs, with close partnership with primary care medical home providers

Pediatric Clinic Patient volume: 100 visits per month, with a mix of new and established patients
Innovative multidisciplinary care for children with autism, including applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services
Clinical and coordination of care with an Educational Resource Coordinator for children with complex ADHD/school challenges
Integrated behavioral health services
