Job Description
This position is primarily an inside-sales and estimating position with occasional field opportunities
Presale
Maintain incoming calls for quotes that are not previously assigned to a salesperson.
Involvement in preparing quotes and 3-D lift plans with collaboration from the sales team.
Engage project solicitations from websites and other estimating platforms.
Retain & Maintain customer database including all customer contact and jobsite information.
Ensure timely completion of quotes with detailed organization of bid documents and attachments.
Ensure all jobs site information, rigging requirements, setup details are noted on job from Sales team. Attached any files to job and lift plans when applicable.
Understand in-depth scope of work and complete RFQ/RFP documents for submittals.
Establish and maintain working relationships with field sales reps and customer contacts.
Occasionally perform job walks and site visits as needed for accurate job estimates.
Out of town travel required: Less than 5%

Post-sale
Work collaboratively with Dispatch to confirm equipment availability.
Work with Dispatch and Invoicing to ensure correct quantities are billed.
Proactively track customer PO amounts and attach contract documents to jobs.
Review invoices for approval.
Review job specific company purchase orders.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Ability to track all details associated with quoting and billing for invoice accuracy.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, CRM, and Job Costing/Estimating software.
Ability to multi-task with extreme levels of accuracy and detail while meeting deadlines and commitments.
