Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, the Dispatcher is the front contact for students and Instructors. The impression should be the first-class customer service throughout the students and instructors' journey at Kingsky in a dynamic and amazing world of aviation

The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks according to the needs of the organization and the success of the business.
• Provide professional and friendly service to all
• Scheduling students lessons (flights and grounds) according to instructors and making sure to follow the school work policy.
• Manage students scheduling ensuring to match students and training type and if discrepancy advise the right department (Billing, Admissions, Flight Standard) to take care of.
• Give the can for the plane, maintain copies of the documents to fly (W&B).
• Track the flights for each day.
• Assist the Scheduling team, coordinates the communication with the students to get their availability and also to inform last schedule changes.
• Execute administrative duties including maintaining the office organization and cleanliness.
• Provide general office, receptionist, and clerical support to assigned location.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge and Technical Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with the use of MS Office, Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of aviation preferred
• Flexible to work various & different shifts (day, nights, and weekends)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent administrative skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills o Ability to execute directions accurately and with speed
• Adeptly uses office phone, mobile phone, WhatsApp and quickly learn communication protocols.
• Language Skills: • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently Physical Demands:
• Ability to fulfill office activities including but not limited to extended periods of time (i.e. while working at a desk), travel around the office, communicate with others (verbal and written).
• Ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Work Environment:
• Consistent with a standard office environment, noise level is low with little to no extraordinary environmental factors.
• Full time position with random shifts that includes day, night and weekends.
SUMMARY:
• Responsible for greeting clients, taking reservations, providing students service.
• Greet, provide information and maintain the system updated
• Promptly and effectively deals with client's requests and complaints
• Answers phone calls and routes appropriately, takes accurate text and email messages, makes reservations and uses information from Scheduling Manager
• Handles confidential information with high integrity • Keeps communal areas and lobby clean and organized
