Position Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of our establishment—welcoming guests, managing the flow of the dining room, and ensuring everyone feels at home from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat arriving guests, maintain an accurate waitlist, and coordinate reservations
Answer phone and online inquiries about availability, hours, and menu highlights
Monitor table turnover and communicate status to servers and kitchen staff
Keep the host stand and entrance area tidy and inviting
Assist with guest requests—direction to restrooms, menu guidance, special accommodations
Support your teammates during peak service by helping with bussing, restocking, or light cleaning
Qualifications
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor
Strong organizational abilities and comfort multitasking in a dynamic setting
Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
