We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians better known as Maintenance Heroes, to join our team!

We are looking to secure a strong, reliable Apartment Tech for Philadelphia PA, 19104

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Complete service requests in a timely fashion (i.e., plumbing leaks, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)

Basic sheet rock work, electrical work, plumbing work, and lite carpentry

Re-key Locks

Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e., light carpentry work, drywall repairs and finish work)

Appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement

Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments, buildings and grounds

Touch up painting, repair and replacement of window screens and glass

Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.

HVAC Certification a plus

Troubleshoot HVAC Units

Keep grounds clean and presentable

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge on completing Apartment Turns

Knowledge about minor appliances, installing blinds, garbage disposals, light fixtures, etc.

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented
