Welcome to The Card Company! We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals that are hungry to make money and ready to hustle with us to get it. Your primary duties will be BOTH self-prospecting new leads and going to pre-set appointments, building and presenting quotes to clients, closing deals face to face, and getting the final docs signed. You will be responsible for going business to business and presenting our company's wholesale merchant processing rates in your own local area. If you love networking, meeting new people, and saving people money, then this is the job for you. We are looking to fill a full-time position for outside sales. The opportunity of advancement will occur quickly as talent is shown. *THIS IS NOT AN IN-OFFICE POSITION! Annual income ranges from $87,000 - $105,000 on average and is commission based. If you sell less or more, you will make less or more. Employees are paid weekly. We also offer daily bonuses! Previous experience in this industry is not required. WE OFFER A FORGIVABLE DRAW!

Responsibilities:

Run pre-set appointments with interested merchants. Set and confirmed by our in-house sales team.

Generate new business leads from merchants in your local area in between pre-set appointments.

Conduct face-to-face appointments to present our products and services.

Qualifying the merchant, presenting them with our rates and signing the deal.

Effectively manage your time.

Close and sign 3-5 deals per week between self-generated business plus pre-set leads provided by our company.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates are spirited, energetic, and motivated.

Results driven and the desire to WIN.

A “can do” positive attitude and organizational skills.

Reliable transportation, a phone, and access to a computer.

Strong ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of the team, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
