Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage service inquiries both in person and by phone
- Actively advise on service needs and estimated pricing
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction
- Use industry-specific platforms such as TireworksHD, Auto Integrate-Fleet program systems to process work orders and service requests
- Accurately enter data into Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and maintain transaction records
- Coordinate with the shop manager and technicians to ensure smooth job flow
- Support other customer service and counter personnel
- Maintain a clean and professional front-desk environment
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding estimates, timelines, and status updates
- Handle warranty processing, fleet invoicing, and vendor follow-ups as needed
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Require Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2–5 years in automobile customer service
- Automotive mechanical experience and knowledge
- Prior experience with retail tire and auto service brands such as Goodyear, Firestone, etc.
- Hands-on experience with TireworksHD, Auto Integrate, or fleet maintenance platforms
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Mitchell1, RO Writer, TireShop, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment
- Valid Driver License
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift plus overtime
