Job Description
We are looking to bring on a person full-time to take on HR and AP duties here at River City Truck Center! We are in the business of used semi truck sales, wholesaling, parts sales, and full service department. We are a growing company and at this time, these two positions would be easily accommodated by one person. Job duties would be as follows:
Weekly payroll responsibilities
New Hires and Onboarding
Maintaining all company insurance policies and getting new quotes when renewals come available
Maintaining all employee benefits
Processing weekly check runs for all vendors
Inputting invoices and receipts into company software
Reviewing monthly statements from vendors
Highest level of education required is a high school diploma. College education is preferred. Must be able and willing to learn computer skills needed to navigate company software.
