Restaurant General Manager

New Monday-Friday Opening!

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, food preparation, scheduling, and customer service

Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other personnel

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and workplace safety

Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs

Create and manage budgets and financial reports

Manage guest relations, including responding to customer feedback and complaints

Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales

Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting

Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred, but not required
