Responsibilities
Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to maximize cost savings.

Lead and mentor a team of purchasing agents, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate material needs and inventory requirements.
Develop and maintain purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally.
Proficiency in purchasing software and ERP systems.
