Duties and Responsibilities

Operating, setting, monitoring, and maintaining all machinery and equipment correlating to laser mark.

Loading and unloading of machine materials.

Must be attentive to details.

Quality inspections to verify parts to meet specified tolerance.

Independently manage time and take initiative to solve problems.

Read, understand, and interpret manufacturing processes including blueprints.

Ability to work individually and with team.

Follow all safety policies and practices.

Must have Highschool/GED equivalent or higher

Experience in blueprints

Previous laser marking

Experience with computers

Nice to have CAD 3D experience

Schedule

1st shift Monday through Friday flexible schedule

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay rate depends on experience

Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.

Full-time
