Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven TOC Operations Manager / Deputy Program Manager to support and oversee large-scale IT initiatives and operations within a dynamic technical environment. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills to support the Program Manager and drive the successful execution of task orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, telecommunications, and network systems, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and maintaining compliance with project scope, budget, and timelines. The Deputy PM will also serve as the liaison between government stakeholders and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Program Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the Task Order Control (TOC) center.

Serve as the alternate point of contact with Government representatives, Contracting Officers, and internal stakeholders.

Lead project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring across all TOC operations.

Ensure technical solutions and project deliverables are aligned with contract requirements and customer expectations.

Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams performing IT infrastructure, networking, and telecommunication services.

Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and prepare progress reports for internal and external audiences.

Support compliance with federal policies, cybersecurity standards, and organizational best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR 10+ years of equivalent IT experience.

Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required.

At least one of the following technical certifications:

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)

Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)/Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure and telecommunication operations in public or private sector environments.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
