Job Title: Assistant Manager – Executive Sales

Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by managing sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and target new clients and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Manage existing customer accounts, ensure client retention, and foster long-term relationships.
• Support senior sales managers in negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization.
• Prepare sales presentations, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to improve client experience.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Ensure timely collections and support credit control processes.
• Maintain CRM data and sales documentation accurately and timely.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
