Job Title: Assistant Manager – Executive of Academics

Department: Academic Affairs

Reports to: Academic Manager / Director of Academics

Location: Sushant Golf City, Lucknow

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Executive of Academics plays a critical role in supporting academic operations, ensuring quality assurance in teaching and learning, coordinating academic programs, and facilitating communication between departments. This role involves both administrative and strategic responsibilities to ensure smooth academic functioning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating academic programs and policies.

• Coordinate with faculty and academic staff to ensure timely delivery of curriculum and course schedules.

• Monitor academic performance metrics, such as student outcomes, faculty evaluations, and program effectiveness.

• Provide administrative support in accreditation, audits, and academic documentation.

• Support student academic services, including advising, orientation, and academic progression tracking.

• Liaise with departments to manage timetables, examinations, and assessments.

• Handle academic grievances and support conflict resolution related to academic matters.

• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of faculty members.

• Prepare academic reports, presentations, and data analyses for leadership review.

• Promote academic integrity and quality assurance in alignment with institutional goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 1 years of experience in academic administration or a similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems (e.g., ERP, LMS).

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
