Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00pm- 11:00pm

3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00pm- 7:00am

Part time options available within above hours

Overtime will be required as needed!

Summary

The turning operator requires the operation and/or basic set-up of manufacturing automated equipment with moderate direction or supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain clean, orderly work area.

Operate equipment and perform basic machine tool changes as required.

Perform first piece inspection, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.

Follow all safety rules.

Perform the duties required to record data for SPC, ISO/QS documentation.

Ability to run TESA checks after training.

Requirements:

Ability to use all gages and gauging techniques required.

Understanding of SPC

Good communication and teamwork skills.
