About the Role:
The role is responsible to meet targets on Application Download, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) membership and customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
This position is in charge of Application & Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) push message strategy.
Have Proven Analytical Skills:
Understand and provide insights on customer behavior on website, application, and overall ecommerce business and translate to impactful CRM campaigns.
Review product and client satisfaction and recommend action points based on data and business strategy.
Monitor website sessions, new customer ratio, return on ad, bounce rate, app download acquisitions.
Campaign Creation:
Utilize marketing platform tools and create well-defined customer audiences that would drive traffic to site and create customer loyalty.
Must be able to create content for App Push and EDM through impactful copywriting.
Must be able to deliver App Push Content through automated Marketing Tools on a precise and timely manner.
Must be able to deliver quality EDM Content output and manage Partner Agencies.
Cross-Channel Support:
Monitor progress coupon distribution, management, and analyze results for reporting related to customer loyalty.
Create and collaborate with Marketing new Activities – App Download Campaign, EDM Campaign
Regularly communicate with Product team for hero items, asset sourcing, and action points to contribute to overall Company.

Technical knowledge on website and application management, data driven, analytical and solution-oriented
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree holder of any discipline.
At least 5 years related experience
Must have Copywriting experience
