Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Position Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to a team of Project Managers, Field Operations Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.

Create a collaborative and high-performance work environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development.

Plan, execute and monitor projects from inception to completion.

Ensure adherence to Romanoff standards, budgets, timeliness, and quality.

Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Make strategic decisions to balance workload and manpower effectively.

Establish and enforce strict safety protocols in a positive manner.

Ensure compliance with local codes and customer compliance.

Develop and manage electrical operations including forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.

Assist in identifying opportunities for cost-saving improvements.

Build a collaborative relationship with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and evaluate performance to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce waste, and streamline processes.

Lead and participate in process improvements.

Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies, tools, and techniques.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve complex issues.

Additional duties as assigned.

Experience/Education:

Required: Minimum of 10 years in electrical construction (residential multifamily preferred).

Required: 5+ years in Electrical Project Management.

Required: High school diploma or GED

Required: Previous leadership experience.

Preferred: College education in construction management.

Ability to read, write and communicate professionally and effectively.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting

Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate

Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools

Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding, (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)

Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE

Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
