Location: Austin, TX (ONSITE)

Pay Range: $37.00 to $43.00 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Lab Engineer to join our team focused on Alexa-enabled devices. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous testing and validation. Working alongside a dynamic team of Hardware and Software Engineers, the role demands strong technical skills combined with excellent communication and a problem-solving aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Define test strategy and develop comprehensive test plans for Alexa devices.

Design and execute detailed software tests to identify issues.

Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Develop scripts for test automation to enhance testing efficiency.

Regularly communicate progress and test results with project managers and team members.

Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with software project testing and defining test strategies.

Proficiency in scripting, particularly in Python.

Experience with computer hardware (IT) and familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments
