Job Title: Assistant Manager – Placement

Location: Sushant Golf City, Lucknow

Department: Training & Placement / Career Services

Reports To: Manager – Placement / Head – Training & Placement

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Placement is responsible for supporting the end-to-end placement process for students or candidates, including liaising with industry partners, organizing placement drives, and ensuring effective coordination between stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus recruitment activities, including pre-placement talks, interviews, and post-placement follow-ups.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, recruiters, and HR professionals.

• Identify new companies and sectors for potential placement opportunities.

• Assist in preparing placement-related reports, statistics, and documentation.

• Maintain student placement records and update databases regularly.

• Provide career counselling and resume-building support to students/candidates.

• Organize skill enhancement workshops, mock interviews, and training sessions.

• Work closely with academic and administrative departments to align placement activities with institutional goals.

• Handle placement-related queries from students and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure smooth execution of placement drives and recruitment events on and off campus.

Key Requirements

• Post Graduation and Master’s degree preferred.

• 4 years of experience in placement, recruitment, career services, or HR.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of placement management systems is a plus.

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
