This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong accounting foundation to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative environment What You’ll DoManage and reconcile prepaid expenses, prepaid insurance, intercompany transactions, and escheat accountsPrepare and post journal entries for month-end closeComplete balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysisSupport internal and external audits with timely documentationAssist in maintaining internal controls and implementing new financial proceduresPartner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders What You’ll BringEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or 4+ years of directly related experience)Experience: 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (9+ without a degree)Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with integrated ERP systems (SAP preferred)Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, and clear communication PreferredExperience in public accounting or companies with $250M+ in revenueHealthcare industry background is a plusWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a company that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
