We are looking for a passionate Demand Planner to join our Health & Functional Business Unit team in Europe. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in building a consensus demand for the future horizon. You will coordinate with important partners, identify trends, research demand drivers, and analyze demand alerts to update forecasts, ensuring excellence in execution.
You will be based in Avignon and reporting directly to the Demand Planning Manager.
In this exciting role you will
Demand Planning:
Identify opportunities for improving demand plans, including forecasting accuracy, business evaluations, and new product introductions
Conduct regular demand review meetings with the commercial organization to align strategies and expectations
Partner Relationship Management:
Build relationships with Operations and Commercial teams
Be the primary contact between the supply chain and the commercial organization, collaborating with customer care
Analytical Specialty:
Support the Demand Planning Manager and Regional Demand Planners by creating analytical reports and dashboards
Investigate ad-hoc analytical requests and contribute to Continuous Improvement plans

Your Professional Profile Includes:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
1 or more years of experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, supply chain management, or financial planning within a multinational environment
Proficiency with systems and analytical tools (SAP IBP, BI/BO, Google Business Suite, Power BI, Office 365)
As an advantage ERP/MRP expertise
Comfort with high volumes of data and the ability to combine information
Business Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
Expert in communication on multiple levels
