Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, ensuring innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.

Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and enhance brand equity.

Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to expand online presence and engagement.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing efforts.

Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and monitor marketing performance, corporate revenue performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights and analysis.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing communications with stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.

Experience and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

Exceptional analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of various marketing channels (digital, social media marketing, traditional content, etc.)
