Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler/ Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL and a deep knowledge of database management systems like Oracle and SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and translate business needs into long-term solution data models.

Evaluate existing data systems.

Collaborate with the development team to create conceptual, logical, and physical data models and data flows.

Develop best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.

Review modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.

Understand data warehousing concepts.

Familiarize with cloud-based data services like Azure.

Locate data sources for business requirements.

Gather data from various sources and structure it for analysis.

Ensure data quality by removing duplicates, handling missing values, and transforming data into a usable format.

Explore data to gain insights, identify anomalies, and formulate hypotheses.

Requirements:

Strong experience in SQL and knowledge of database management systems like Oracle and SQL Server.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Familiarity with cloud-based data services like Azure.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
