Associate Director of Athletics for Business Operations

The Associate Director of Athletics for Business Operations position is responsible for the following:o Responsible for all aspects of budget management ( budget build, reports, tracking, maintenance) to include scholarship, operations, salaries, revenues, and foundationo Responsible for building the annual athletic budgeto Responsible for revenue managing and tracking annual budget expenses.o Responsible for tracking annual revenue ( game guarantees, ticket sales, NCAA, CFP, concession, etc)o Produce budget forecasting and revenues with focus on new ways to grow and increase revenues and decrease costs/ expenseso Point of contact for foundation revenues and foundation expenseso Assist with head coaching contractso Supply monthly housing list to financial aido Execute and manage supplemental payso Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA), NCAA Financial Audit,o Conduit between Bookstore, auxiliary offices, and athleticso Administer the NCAA Special Assistance Fund, including all institutional and conference reports.o Develop 26 annual operating budgetso Point of contact for university procurement, University Business and University Foundation
