WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As the Human Resources & Payroll Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end payroll processing, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. You'll ensure payroll precision by processing updates such as new hires, terminations, and compensation changes, while maintaining detailed records and reports. Your role will involve continuously improving HR and payroll processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation. You'll support HR generalists, managers, and staff on complex issues, administer employee benefits programs, and develop policies that uphold compliance and operational excellence.
This is a full-time, salaried position hiring at $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
At least of 2 years of experience in payroll, HR, and/or benefits administration.
1-2 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager and or department of one.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel functions and formulas.
Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and other payroll technologies.
Authorized to work in the United States of America.
Proficient in the English language.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration.
Demonstrated experience with administrating payroll & benefits through Paylocity HRIS system.
Previous experience administrating payroll laws & regulations across multiple states.
