About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing B2B sales team. This is an in-person role based at our Conshohocken office, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with business clients, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective B2B clients

Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

Achieve sales targets and performance goals

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (internships and part-time roles count!)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel to client sites is required)
