Overview: The Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial and operational data processes.
This position is heavily Excel-based and involves the analysis, tracking, and reporting of business operations.
A strong background in financial data, process optimization, and familiarity with tools such as NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data using advanced Excel functions.
Reporting: Build and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and summaries to inform decision-making.
System Tools: Use NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro and Salesforce for tracking operational tasks.
Financial Understanding: Apply accounting concepts to evaluate accruals, expenses, and operational metrics.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation and audit-ready reports.
Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field 1–2 years of operations or financial experience Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables) Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills Good written and verbal communication skills
