Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues
Communicate technical information to customers clearly
Escalate technical issues to internal technical teams for resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with customers and internal technical teams
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions and provide reports to management. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework in tech or related field preferred
Experience is not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
