We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to input and manage data efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining various types of information into company databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and company software systems
Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain and update existing records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Perform regular data audits and cleanup tasks
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Retrieve data as requested by authorized personnel
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role is a plus
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (typically 40+ WPM)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organizational and time management skills
