About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support national defense and cybersecurity initiatives in Linthicum Heights, MD. This critical role combines advanced digital network analysis with intelligence research to discover, track, and mitigate cyber vulnerabilities affecting U.S. national defense systems and critical infrastructure.

You’ll be working with both classified and open-source data to assess threats, brief senior leadership, and support cyber tabletop exercises (CTTXs) across the nation. This is a high-impact opportunity for cleared professionals with strong SIGINT, network analysis, and cyber operations experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analysis of SIGINT, open-source, and host/network data to identify and profile cyber threats

Provide expert support to identify anomalies at the network and host levels across USG systems

Apply geospatial techniques to analyze packet data, OS system info, metadata, and executable files

Develop new techniques for vulnerability discovery and improve threat intelligence reporting

Create detailed intelligence reports and brief senior leadership

Travel to support cyber tabletop exercises and briefings as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

U.S. Citizenship Required

️ Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph Required

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or other STEM field preferred

Required Experience (Minimum 5 Years in 2 or More Areas):

Cryptanalytic work in military or IC organizations

Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, incident response

Computer Network Exploitation or Computer Network Attack

Network and/or host forensics

Additional Required Experience (Minimum 3 Years in 3 or More Areas):

Windows OS internals and file attribute analysis

Executable file and fuzzy hashing analysis

Forensic analysis of Windows, Linux, or mobile systems

Use of commercial/GOTS intrusion detection tools

Packet capture analysis and network mapping

Experience with NTOC/SID(S2) cyber adversary analysis and production

Preferred Skills:

Strong background in analyzing cyber adversary intrusion sets and digital communication behaviors

Experience in briefing senior leadership and producing finished intelligence

Familiarity with national defense cyber platforms and critical infrastructure
