Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a strong background in K–12 educational facility design to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of K–12 projects from concept through construction administration, collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and consultants to deliver high-quality, functional, and inspiring learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of K–12 architectural projects, from schematic design to final closeout
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and contractors
Oversee the development of construction documents and project specifications
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and educational design standards
Review submittals and manage project schedules and budgets
Lead client presentations, public meetings, and design charrettes as needed
Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred)
5–10 years of architectural project management experience (K–12 education projects strongly preferred)
Proficiency in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms
Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and documentation standards
Familiarity with building and zoning codes and contract administration
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team
