Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

A well-established and growing commercial General Contractor is seeking a full-time Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure successful project execution. This role requires extensive field experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance for commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

Maintain quality control and ensure all work complies with project plans and specifications.

Enforce safety policies and ensure job site compliance with all OSHA regulations.

Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project schedules, costs, and changes.

Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain workflow and project efficiency.

Ensure proper documentation of field activities, including daily reports and project updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction is required.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site operations effectively.

Familiarity with construction scheduling software and project documentation.

Ability to work onsite in or near Muskego WI.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary ($85,000 - $120,000 per year) with potential for performance-based bonuses.
