Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of our window installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting project management efforts. You will work closely with the Project Manager and various teams to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and management of window installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Coordinate with suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain project schedules, project management software, and project documentation.

Help prepare project documentation and update project management software.

Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Submit and manage service claims.

Assist in resolving project-related issues and provide administrative support to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and G Suite.

Knowledge of construction standards required (window installation preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
