About the Role

Were hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) on behalf of our client, a respected MEP engineering and consulting firm based in Baltimore, MD. This role is ideal for someone who is technically sharp, experienced in complex building systems, and thrives in a leadership role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical design for complex building projects, including healthcare, telecom, and government facilities.

Prepare electrical construction drawings, load calculations, specifications, cost estimates, and conduct field inspections.

Develop conceptual designs from client meetings and oversee execution through construction documentation.

Coordinate emergency and normal power systems (UPS, generators, switchgear) across multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in client meetings, site visits, project proposals, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

What Were Looking For

820 years of experience in electrical design for buildings

Proven expertise in UPS, emergency power, lighting, and low-voltage electrical systems

Excellent communication and project leadership skills

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland

Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred

U.S. citizenship and valid drivers license required
