Experience:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in satellite & cellular telecommunications’ industry.
· 7+ years of experience in RF spectrum management engineering
· US Citizen

Requirements
The candidate will be responsible for tracking, assessing, and reporting any RF spectrum regulatory actions related to Federal agencies (NOAA, DoD, DoC, NASA)
Participate and manage establishing technical rules and procedures for spectrum sharing & spectrum coordination with federal agencies and international administrations
Assist in managing regulatory and policy team in evaluating and conducting analysis on new rulemaking procedures and submissions
In-depth knowledge of FCC rules, procedures, and rule-making processes
Knowledge of ITU-R Recommendations and Reports
Experience in coordination with Federal Agencies (NOAA, DoD, DoC, NASA)
Demonstrated ability to management study
Possess excellent written & communications skills in English
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 5+ years of direct engineering experience
