Summary
To provide ‘{{posting__posting_number}}’ posting__posting_number full spectrum of software and hardware support to the on-site client community. Areas of expertise include: full knowledge and understanding of MS Windows operating systems and Office Suite software installation/customization and support, hardware troubleshooting and repair, desktop disk imaging and deployment and LAN connectivity.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in administering and maintaining operating systems within a complex computer environment. - Strong communications and customer service skills - Experience in deploying, troubleshooting and administering Windows Desktop Operating Systems. - Experience in scripting languages.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm An Employee may receive a shift differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour over their straight time hourly rate for hours worked between 6 or 7pm and 6 or 7am respectively. Shift differential will not be paid for
