Vantron is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the United States West Territory who will drive sales of Vantron’s IoT Solutions including embedded computing platforms, industrial gateways, display solutions and cloud-based applications.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you'll build your territory and manage the following:
· Develop and grow strong sales pipeline, month-over-month managed through Vantron’s CRM
· Promote and drive sales of Vantron’s hardware and software services
· Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management with the ability to meet quarterly target revenue
· Manage an indirect team of manufacturer sales representatives and distributors in assigned territory
· Promote and market of sales and service to clients, partners, and vendors.
· Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Vantron.
· Collaborate with product management and sales operations to generate quotes, develop customer proposals, and create statements of work and close on these engagements.
Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of experience in account sales and customer management working in the Wireless space with a good technical understanding of embedded hardware including gateway technology.
· Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle with a good understanding of the technical requirements.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Availability to travel up to 50%, majority of travel within the Western portion of U.S.
· Must have ability to work from a home-based office located near a major airport to accommodate travel.
Compensation and Benefits: Vantron offers a competitive base salary with fully covered medical benefits. In addition, Vantron provides an aggressive commission structure based on reaching pre-defined targets. Potential stock option bonus based on performance to plan.Company Description
