Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Multiple Locations Throughout Northeastern Ohio

Pay Rate: $16-$19 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This position involves operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with manufacturing or production equipment, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

•Operate machinery according to safety and production guidelines.

•Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function and address any issues.

•Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical problems.

•Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

•Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.

•Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

•Previous experience operating manufacturing or industrial machinery preferred.

•Ability to read and interpret machine instructions and specifications.

•Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

•Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.

•Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
