Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

In an engaging educational environment, a contract opportunity is available for a skilled professional specializing in School Psychology. This role is situated in Urbana, IL, within an elementary school setting, where the focus will be on supporting students' psychological and educational needs.

Qualifications:

Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field

Active School Psychologist license in the state of Illinois

Bilingual skills preferred, though other applicants are encouraged to apply

Experience working with elementary-aged students and diverse populations

Familiarity with the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) process

Strong assessment and evaluation skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of psychologists and educational staff

Location:

Urbana, Illinois

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for approximately 40 elementary students

Participate as the third member of a district psychology team

Collaborate with educators and staff to implement and support the MTSS process

Provide guidance on re-evaluations and initial assessments

Work closely with families to understand student needs and facilitate interventions

Attend and contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities
